She is the founder of TCKapital a strategic talent foresight advisory, futures think tank and global expert network partnering with international companies and academic institutions to elevate Cross-Cultural intelligence (CQ), futures thinking and equal leadership teams in their organizations, as well as equipping global executives with effective career transition, empowerment and transformational strategies for the Future of Work.

Marielle has advised international organizations and senior corporate leadership for more than 20 years across the Americas and Europe.
